As a stamp for Soliman's policy "to provide clients maximum efficiency in all facets of safety and security task,"
a comprehensive training program is deemed an integral part of the service. The approach is primarily tri-sectorial - Soliman, the Client and the concerned government agency or department.
In determining the initial training needs, we used as a guide the minimum training requirements provided by the Client. As a matter of policy, our clients have the prerogative to approve and recommend improvements prior to implementing the training program. The training design includes our own in-put to detail the target participants, time/duration, possible resource person, and the proposed agency or agencies for the specified subject areas.
Soliman Security Services, Inc. likewise concur that the training schedule should be two fold: first, prior to assignment and second, a regular program essential in maintaining maximum degree of staff proficiency. However, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT ALL THE TRAINING PROGRAM PRIOR TO ASSIGNMENT UPON AWARDING OF CONTRACT TO EFFECT AND OPERATIONALIZE THE ENTIRE FORCE.
Participants for these programs are: all security personnel assigned to the Client. A Pre and Post test shall be designed to measure learning while the Client reserves the right to evaluate the program effectiveness and adequacy as circumstances may dictate.
